Parking Garage: Walnut 38 | University of Pennsylvania Facilities and Real Estate Services
Parking Lot hours: 6:00 am to 1:00 am. This garage is also equipped with a “credit card entry-exit” feature. Insert credit card at entry and when exiting, insert the same credit card at the exit gate for payment. No ticket required.

Penn Transportation and Parking is is dedicated to providing safe, convenient, sustainable and accessible transit, commuter, and parking services to the Penn community.

Payments, Reimbursements, & Cancellations

  • Will I be reimbursed for travel or lodging? Unfortunately, we do not cover travel or lodging for attendees of our events.
  • Is there a cancellation policy? You must cancel your registration one week before the event start date to receive full reimbursement. No reimbursements will be issued for cancellations requested less than one week in advance.
  • What happens if the event is canceled or postponed? If a paid event is canceled, we will provide a full refund of the registration cost.
  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can’t attend? While this is unlikely, reach out to the event coordinator to see if this is possible.
  • Can I change my registration type? You may change your registration type up to 48 hours before the event.

Photography, Media & Privacy

  • Will photos or videos be taken at the event? Yes, by registering and attending our event you are granting permission to be photographed. If you have any questions, please reach out to the event coordinator.
  • Can attendees take photos or record during sessions? You may feel free to take your own photos of our events. Please refrain from photographing speaker presentations. Approved presentation materials will be shared with attendees after the event. For all Media Inquiries please reach out to Media Relations.
