Intercorp Unlocks Business Potential Through WAIAI Collaboration

As part of our Faculty Research Partnership, WAIAI recently worked with Intercorp, a large Peruvian conglomerate, to conduct a comprehensive research project of their own design. Using Intercorp’s preferences and our global network of qualified researchers, we assembled five distinct research teams, each of them tasked with examining different aspects of customer behavior and data optimization at Intercorp, including discount strategies and cross-selling opportunities. After months of work, the collaboration culminated in a research symposium, where each team presented their findings and data-driven solutions in-person on Wharton’s campus.
