Ways to Recruit Top Analytics Talent at Penn
Are you interested in recruiting top data and analytics talent from Wharton and Penn? We have pulled together resources from across the University that will provide you with information on how to gain visibility, find the perfect candidate, and attract students to your organization.
Participate in Candidate Match
Developed by two Wharton professors, Candidate Match uses a diagnostic tool combined with a machine-learning algorithm to identify top candidates for job openings based on your preferences. Candidates are undergraduate seniors from the College of Arts & Sciences, School of Engineering & Applied Science, and the Wharton School.
Since the tool uses data-driven methods to identify candidates, Candidate Match is a useful complement to your existing recruiting strategies.
Post a Job
Post your jobs, internships, and other opportunities for free in Handshake. Reach students and alumni from Penn, as well as hundreds of other schools in the Handshake network with a single posting.
Recruit Wharton MBA students and alumni for your openings through CareerPath – Wharton’s free, online recruiting system, which contains a convenient job posting platform.
Set Up Personalized Sessions
Set up large info sessions, coffee chats, and interviews directly with our students through the career services teams.
Host a Student Analytics Project
Gain visibility to highly qualified candidates by hosting a student data project. Wharton Customer Analytics works directly with the data analytics clubs to recruit students for Analytics Accelerator projects or Datathons, which are sponsored by WCA Corporate Partners. Become a Corporate Partner and work closely with Wharton faculty, WCA leadership, and top student talent to examine a pressing business need.
Attend a Career Fair
Penn Career Services hosts career fairs throughout the academic year. Each focused on specific industries and fields of study. These events offer employers the opportunity to engage with students who are ideal candidates for the company’s job openings.
