Industry and academic experts spoke at the November 17 virtual symposium, “The Use of Analytics and AI in a Post-pandemic World.” The symposium touched on a wide range of topics under the umbrella of data analytics while keeping sharp focus on what’s ahead in the evolving world of artificial intelligence. The event was hosted by the nonprofit Marketing Science Institute, along with Wharton Customer Analytics and AI for Business at The Wharton School.
